Classes are conducted on concrete, so modifications are recommended for those sensitive to impact. Donations are gladly accepted to support our fundraising campaign. Get strong and energized in this 55-minute indoor strength training class, open to all fitness levels! Using hand weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll build muscle and boost endurance to motivating music. Everyone is welcome.
