About the event
Get out of the house to MOVE your body and find JOY with others! This 55 minute dance fitness class will get your heart rate pumpin' with FUN moves, uplifting music and inspiration from seasoned instructors. Have FUN with others and watch your workout time fly by! Donations are gladly accepted and used to support our expenses then to our campaign supporting local organizations doing important work for our community. ALL LEVELS, ALL AGES WELCOME!
